		<description>This is great Ike.  I am glad you posted on this topic because I have really been baffled by the slowness of the response.  It seems they are treating it more as another news item, versus a crisis.  I think Crisis Comm tactics were warrented here.  Get out in front of it, release information quickly, show compassion for the victim, etc.</description>
